Exactly, but the current framework is outdated; companies, contractors, and customers all need more solid expectations via 1099

Definitely. Not the smartest economic move, but state/local govs will offer workarounds first, feds will eventually catch up

Good question. Depends how much of the labor pool can be tied up. Triggering the surge algorithm might be interesting.
