Biggest one is non-openness/non-sharing of info/capabilities/APIs/data on mgmt side, tribalism among employees.

maybe. So many companies haven't even figured out "desktop internet" much less "mobile". Old dogs = management and these are new tricks

By Richter's power of frequency/magnitude of management innovations, I'd say no. This is the big one for the next 30 years :)

seems like it has potential to make an impact but it is new. My guess is other new potentialities will emerge at an increasing pace.

the rate of change of innovation has been accelerating and if anything this will accelerate at a faster pace going forward.
