Biggest one is non-openness/non-sharing of info/capabilities/APIs/data on mgmt side, tribalism among employees.

That's just a matter of time. The tech competene precedes management competence by 10-30 years usually.

maybe. So many companies haven't even figured out "desktop internet" much less "mobile". Old dogs = management and these are new tricks

By Richter's power of frequency/magnitude of management innovations, I'd say no. This is the big one for the next 30 years :)
