In PE/KE metaphor, "strategy" is building up potential energy, lowering entropy, "execution" is expending/increasing.

. I tend to see pe as aligning forces (people, money, etc) to unleash as ke. Strategy is aiming the rail gun.

Both require talking+action but diff kinds. Normal T and S are like OODA without 1st or 2nd O respectively.

In PE/KE, "strategy" is simply active, in-line reorientation (fast transients). Takes about 1 team email every 4-6 weeks.
