There are reasonable arguments against net neutrality (that I don't agree with): providing incentives for telcos to invest in broadband.

@cdixon the basic idea is that it's a 2d tradeoff space, not 1d as most discussions implicitly assume. Delay+loss! not just loss1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes

@iddqkfa @cdixon Agreed. I think sufficiently fast bandwidth increase makes this moot. But it's an interesting tech fork to keep in play.
