3/ Step 2: Look up their type on Wikipedia and scroll down to the 4 dominant functions and 4 shadow functions.

4/ Step 3: Now look at their Twitter or Facebook. If it reflects primarily dominant functions, they are stressed. If shadow, they're relaxed
