Interesting. I like this for org mgmt, but I've mostly heard VUCA as military term. Thoughts on this re: foreign policy (Iraq or...)?

. actually, keeping your own actions constant is necessary: makes you island of negentropy in VUCA that seeds order.

Of course. There's like 10 things that could be considered laws. Everything else is a rule of thumb.
