theirs is a purely learned behavior, institutionally bred & reenforced. autism is not. so however apt as metaphor, i think yes.

I think that would be at the wrong level of abstraction, eg replace company with person in that sentence and it becomes too broad

I think "corporate Asperger's" is probably a finer distinction - not so disabled in operation but still not functional
