The closest to a technical term is "deception" though it fails to convey the very specific and insidious nature of gaslighting. Every instance of gaslighting is of someone attempting to deceive someone else by very specific means.

I am not aware of a technical term (although there should be one), but "cognitive gridlock" may occur without being accompanied by anxiety, for example while playing a game (the loss of which would not be consequential). /1

The best general term and intent of gaslighting is FUD. Fear Uncertainty Doubt. Creating FUD is the point of OODA-style tactics for eg. But nothing particularly autism-focused. I suspect autists might be extra vulnerable to specific techniques (eg nerdsniping) for creating FUD.

Gaslighting isn’t about inconsistency though. It is presenting a consistent pattern of glitching of normalcy to encourage a coherent but wrong diagnosis like “there are ghosts” or “I’m going crazy” or “they will attack from the west” Ie misdirection not raw confusion.
