People in nonprofit fundraising — why do people name things in extremely cumbersome ways? Why “John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation” when you know everyone will just call it MacArthur foundation? Same with politics. Ridiculously unusable names.

Also cracks me up that “Honorable” is still a title Also “His Holiness” (HH) When actual gravitas dies, silly titles step into the void
