All nice, well and interesting. But i think stadia might be a bad example. The technology worked but Google couldn't get deals with the Gaming industry / content providers. So it was more an issue of buisness development.

this is the exact inverse of why Amazon works the way it does and a wonderful counterexample. Google may have better staff, a better brand for hiring, and higher comp, but their culture isn't engineered as smartly to create successful delivery and so it ends with this stuff

#1 reason why Google does not do well in enterprises. which need long-term support and sustainment. Google is famous for pulling the plug on products just randomly. This creates confusion and lack of trust. AWS and Microsoft are well known to do the reverse.
