how do you get the wisdom of your 30s, the unbridled energy of your 20s, and the carefree joy of your teens all at the same time?

Nothing to cope with. Every life stage has its own adventures on offer. It’s just that they get nonstandard past 40.

yeah one could even argue that if you did a decade fully enough, you'd _want_ to move onto another way of being. I didn't do this in my 20s and tried to have both in 30s. Did my 30s fully (am almost 39), and feel ready for a transition.

I've heard that a measure of a full life is, near death, you feel ready. Not from depression or sadness, but that you've done most of life fully enough that you're past it all, for the most part.
