wtf do you actually do with the 4-6AM period if you're not asleep?
I've never been an early riser. Not a regime of the human condition I have any familiarity with. What do early risers among you actually do?

Read, water houseplants, shower, mostly normal morning stuff just slower and more chill

same stuff i used to do at 7-9AM but now there's a baby who wakes up at 7AM and takes a lot of attention so i gotta shift back

I read / research from 4-6. Off to the gym at 6:15.. And off to work at 7:45 am.. Love my mornings 👍
