If you could trademark vibes like “blue sky tv” and insert weight distortions so images with that vibe are generated more, nudging people that way… or conversely, insert vibes into shows… vibe placement like product placement

The problem with consuming generated imagery is that it’s somewhere between consuming music and consuming search results. So you need a UX metaphor and business model between Google and Spotify. I can’t think of any human behavior that quite maps to that.

The intention is looser than information seeking but tighter than music shuffling. Bit like going on a scenic drive for the fell of it. Like video games but for sensory experience. The UX metaphor should be like driving.

The controls should be like steering/brake/accelerator with gear shift = vibe shift. Continuously choosing generated images from pairs. Perspective is built-in… feature resolution improves as it nears Pipe it into my VR.

Wonder if people are talking about this sort of thing. Early days yet. I’m following the low-level hardware evolution more closely than the application experiments.

Generative adtech could be very exciting. Just use actual search queries as prompt partials on a side channel to generate ads on the fly. I Google “road trip to Vegas” and I get a Tesla ad set in Vegas with myself in it
