we might end up becoming a nocturnal + crepuscular species, sleeping through the hot days and working through the slightly less hot nights, get our sunlight doses at dawn/dusk
any reason this can't happen biologically speaking?
Maybe there will an mRNA injectable that can make us nocturnal, ideally 2 dose sequence administered simultaneously via double neck injection. Plus an oral maintenance medication to be taken daily. It can be red, to indicate dawn/dusk light.
I've experienced 10 am to 5 pm sleep cycle.
...
Would that be effective in order to 'minimize energy' with the obstacle is human condition...biologically?
I think that blue light entering our eyes (including that piercing our eyelids via subsurface scattering) triggers wakefulness hormones, and that its absence similarly triggers sleepiness hormones.
