Rare example line where I think Jeremy Brett’s interpretation is less true to the character and kinda bad generally.

I don’t think Cumberbatch version ever used the line, but would have been nice to see

But Holmes is not a normal character!
In general, I like Brett’s interpretation way more… very close to the books/stories, but in this little thing I prefer Downey

I prefer the Jeremy Brett delivery of this line. The Robert Downy Jr. delivery of the line is too abrupt.
