have conventions evolved yet for wardley map syntactic sugar? like when to use dotted vs. solid lines, what color differences mean, and representing affordances and capabilities with different block types? I just half-ass my own based on original talk...

what's the general culture you're trying to catalyze? laissez-faire, or with intent to herd towards relatively standard renderings? are the tools making up their own overloaded conventions beyond yours?
In general the following legend is good enough. But remember people are still exploring including not only different landscapes but how to map ... no different from early days in geographical maps.

Ah perfect, that's exactly the guidance I needed, thanks!
I've been using it off and on with clients for a few years btw, depending on whether or not they take to it. Most often, just informal whiteboard level scribbles to only capture the value/evolution tensions.
