do any of you randos know how to make tea sandwiches?

If you cut the crusts and bite size triangles, and lay dainty fillings and spreads you can call any sandwich a tea sandwich

maybe I could pull off some funny ersatz "tea sandwiches" e.g. pizza sauce, thin mozzarella, pepperoni in the crustless triangles 😂

The extra thin bread might take me some effort to find, I looked at local enormous amazing Texas chain grocery today and they had thin PF bread in the white opaque bag but, while app said extra thin was available, I couldn't find it

I may end up buying their bakery's bread and slicing it myself or even doing some bread machine bread myself to slice, white bread is pretty easy/predictable

Yeah it’s not a huge deal tbf… many places I’ve had tea just seem to use regular bread
Also look for white bread from Japanese or Korean bakeries. There’s a style of Japanese sandwich with varied fillings that’s very similar, with varied awesome fillings like katsu
