Is there a way to teach made-up words to iOS or macOS dictation?
Also is there a trick to dictating punctuation? Both speaking it (comma, period) and implied punctuation through pauses is hit or miss
Feels like some meta-AI is needed

It seems to grab them out of the notes app, if you use them a few times. Try writing a doc with the words you want to add in it, used in context like in a sentence, and see if it learns them!

I have no reason to think this would work, but in the early days of iOS auto-correct you could teach it swear words by adding them to you address book as contacts.
It would have very amusing wisdom of the ancients energy if this worked on dictation today.

Settings > general > keyboard > text replacement I think. At least for the made up words part. I think in the next release they’re adding automatic punctuation insertion:
