Ideal situation to escape accountability. When shit goes south, you can blame the model, and not the individuals.

Seems like it may be replacing situations with founder CEO/experienced COO and/or experienced CEO / founder exec chairman. But the people have to be differentiated enough itās super obvious who will own what.

I feel like that many co-CEOs split responsibilities into vision/revenue and operations, which technically was achieved through CEO and COO. But co-CEO is more leveled.
It also feels more like when a16z called every associate a partner modeled after CAA doing the same.
