Ya 3 increases the baseline marginally and has a big distributed impact. But thinking about the times when my energy reached manic levels has been realizing something I want to achieve (1). It’s like eating a balanced meal versus snorting cocaine

To be honest, I don't find any of them work all that well (or for long) on their own The question for me is: "What's the easiest entry point to get the ball rolling and see immediate, motivating improvement?" That tends to start with the body
