I voted more inspired goals, because that’s where I usually have the biggest gap. But it’s actually just bottleneck theory: you have as much energy as the narrowest flow allowed by each potential bottleneck.
poll has a duration/effect bias. 3 is popular bc it’s easier to implement/notice (ie slept great/lifted yesterday, everything’s great today). 2 biggest when baggage healed. 1 big when goal attainable too.
