Have Tesla alumni gone on to found many successful companies? Google/FB seem notable for being good jumping-off points for doing startups, it's a useful resume stamp and good for meeting co-founders. Does Tesla have a similar effect?

What about Apple/Amazon? Tesla Apple and Amazon seem to be very successful companies, but perhaps for some reason the entrepreneurship rate among their workers is lower? Or is my impression here wrong?

Nothing against Tesla if they haven't! The goal of a company is to make a bunch of money, not have people leave and start companies that compete against you and make a bunch of money. It's just interesting how good Google and Facebook seem to be at the latter

They’ve had a lot of senior leaders patched by Apple etc, and several defections to competing EV makers of varying degrees of scamminess

Huh, is Apple still actually trying to make a car? Or just these guys are useful for other hardware things?
