I call this a green, class conscious dinner. Take a middle class adai, class it up with Camembert and fig jam, prole it down with French fries, greenwash the whole thing with a side salad. The Gini index of this meal is 45
I actually pumped up the protein in the adai with a scoop of unflavored pea protein in the batter. Works beautifully. No change to taste. Hemp protein works too but adds a weird after taste.
