I think the last one I saw of equal power was the one I think yammer invented: instead of selling enterprise s/w to CIOs and CTOs, make a limited freebie edition available to ICs. Sell upwards by influencing the middle rather than to the top directly.

I specifically mean live-tweeting stuff as you're doing it... it's much more leveraged and powerful than the old versions and has really taken off in the last year or so
