Why was I not informed that middle-aged joint stiffness is quite literally what it sounds like? It’s like I need reading glasses for my joints now 🤬 Anyone have low-effort hacks? Considering trying glucosamine supplements.

There's a lot of little things that you can do daily that help lead to better quality of life. Long duration light interventions are much more impactful than short intermittent high intensity ones. See Strength Side on the Youtube for inspiration
