Relatedly, I've been clearing my phone of apps that distract and filling it with ones that make me more curious about the world: iNaturalist, Wikipedia's great Map function, Rockd, etc.
I'm wondering if I can turn this into a device that sparks curiosity instead of anxiety.

I set strict Screen Time limits (only 1min/day) and then had my partner set the override passcode. Now, if I want to get on twitter or slack on my phone, I have to ask her to enter the passcode. I hardly ever do.
So the secret: put another human in the loop.
