Ten years ago we thought Dropbox exiting at $4B was a rosy possibility. Today we find and fund decacorns, and have returned a fund 50X net on one of them. The ecosystem is growing because the exits are bigger. There are MORE returns and MORE successful startups. #nochop

YC is investing at a $1.78M valuation and angels and other funds are investing at 10x+ the valuation… chop their returns by 10x if you’re investing in all of their companies

I'm not merely making an argument that "the best pickers will win." I mean literally there will be more successful startups that are also larger across the board. The pie is getting bigger, and you will be amazed at how big it gets the next 10 years.

In 1996, US VC was $10B. In 2022, it hit $100B. I predict in 10 years it'll be $1T per year, and you'll see startups remake society. More innovation, more firms thriving, and more prosperity. It's coming.
