Pivoted my CBC to a self paced plus coaching model in 2019 and has opened up whole new customers in the corporate world. I still do CBCs but only for specific companies.

Oh yeah. It was very influential for me because it made clear that the quality of participants was paramount, and everything else could be low fidelity if the interactions were rich and thoughtful. Also one of the very first zoom calls I was ever on
