Pivoted my CBC to a self paced plus coaching model in 2019 and has opened up whole new customers in the corporate world.
I still do CBCs but only for specific companies.

Funny enough, the first CBC I ever took that inspired mine was his longform writing course. It’s all your fault

You were in that? I don’t actually recall anymore who took it… it’s just on recorded autopilot now, making just enough to pay for the teachable account plus change. I did one pilot cohort and one real iirc.

I took it in spring 2017 and I'm pretty sure I remember there
had a big impact on me, both the experience of vibe of the course itself (zoom presentation + loud textchat) and writing+editing the post for ribbonfarm that I did

Oh yeah. It was very influential for me because it made clear that the quality of participants was paramount, and everything else could be low fidelity if the interactions were rich and thoughtful. Also one of the very first zoom calls I was ever on
