We make fun of Kim Jong Un for pointing at stuff (now Top Gun level pointing) but he will probably launch a nuke strike that kills millions in Seoul within the decade and the joke will be on us libs.
They have more than enough short-range rocket artillery with chemical weapons for Seoul. It's unlikely. TBH I haven't even considered useful military targets in Korea. The warheads are an ongoing operational expense so probably all weapons are destined for ICBMs when good enough.
