Wonder what is the most politically stable geography in the world. As in a city or region that has been caught up in the fewest geopolitical upheavals, boundary redrawings, or migrations.
It’s like trying to find the most seismically stable part of earth, with fewest earthquakes

Australia for both categories would be a pretty good bet - middle of a tectonic plate, and post-colonisation has never had a hostile force on its soil

It's Canada.
Wealthy. North American style low density that makes street action impossible (recent events are the exception that proves the rule imo)
the same 'no enemies at the borders' benefits as their southern neighbours, minus empire maintenance bills.

Could it be like switzerland/ liechtenstein/ monaco types? Low on the power index which helps it not be a target ..
Or I wonder if like the remote regions like somewhere in cold canada is a good candidate.
