Poll: Do you naturally tend to correlate or anti-correlate physical exercise and mental work? Assume you have enough energy for both. Correlate = Eg more weights on heavy lift weeks, more running on steady grind weeks, more yoga on exploration/experimentation weeks.

As someone who has come to the understanding that the body is an integral part of the mind, I should have an answer, but I don’t. I need to move to think, so making sure I do movement every day and going for walks even when working hard matters, but not sure about intensity.

This is a good question. In my case I tend to anticorrelate (my survey response) but I am convinced that I should be correlating, especially on the anticipated higher side
