Nothing paranoid about it, and I don’t feel muzzled or anything. I’ve always been this way. I have no urge to share the 90%.
Makes me wonder if people who feel muzzled by speech norms simply have unrealistic expectations. Maybe it’s an extrovert think=say expectation.
