High-strain days on whoop basically wipe me out. Anything above 12 or 13. I used to never get above 12, but lately I’ve started doing a run-hike-run workout a couple of times a week which easily sends me close to my limit.

I’ve never gone above the point the app claims promotes fitness gains. But on these heavy days I come within a point. Today it’s 15.7.
