Why are the capitalization checksums for Ethereum addresses not unique? This has been bugging me for a while. I don't really follow the actual procedure.

These 2 checksummed versions of of the same address have different capitalizations, but have the same checksum it seems ( checked).

That was a funny misunderstanding - i checked that the checksum was correct, not realizing he had no idea what represents the checksum, but it sounded like he did and even complained about it's uniqueness as in no one else is using this type of scheme.

I just didn't notice that the second one was all lowercase and not checksummed... I assumed any address I see is checksummed, and thought the scheme was generating non-unique capitalizations
