Hey your sales people keep bugging with tiresome emails about upgrading from my current tier to the next one, when it’s clear from the math that the overages are cheaper given current traffic growth trajectory. They can do the math as well as I can.

Either introduce an intermediate tier that actually fits my needs or get your salespeople to actually run the numbers and reach out when upgrades are actually justified. They’ve been bugging me periodically for years now to upgrade when the numbers don’t justify it.
