I perceive it as happening the other way.
I keep trying really fucking hard to snap out of the negative attitude, and each time the rubber band snaps back, it emits a different negative point.
But the negative attitude is ultimately downstream of the {dont have words for it}

Like, ultimately the sensation is of being repeatedly stomped in the face, repeatedly failing to generate a coherent hypothesis that explains the face-stomping, then getting stomped in the face again before I can think through enough to understand whats happening.
