What do 2-year associates programs in “business” at community colleges teach? I see lots of tv ads for them.

Early-stage business courses that are equivalent credits @ four year schools. Depending on the CC’s location/staff, courses can be better taught than major business programs. Others are vanilla, uninspiring pre-reqs
CC typically offers a more general curriculum. I’ve been in both

YMMV, but speaking as a holder of A.S. Business Admin: basic rundowns of stats, accounting, financing, marketing, management, ethics all accounting (pun) for about 30 credits; and 30 more credits of the usual general studies options.

Presumably, the same things one learns in the first two years of a four year degree.
