Is there a simple way to publish a Web2 static site that is only accessible to a whitelist of wallet addresses. Feels like this should be simpler than a full blown paywall solution like unlock-protocol.com

how do you imagine collecting the wallet addresses besides them paying at some point and crossing a paywall? even for a pay-as-you-go model at some point you're having an explicit transaction

Yeah that’s fine. Direct collection via a Google form, selling a limited edition nft, etc. Many ways to collect NFTs.

In principle you could encrypt with a shared key that's then encrypted with with wallet public keys and upload to Arweave, but I don't think anyone's written up the glue code to make it happen.
