Hour and a half on salad prep that will last me 5-6 lunches. Wonder if it’s worth it. 18min per salad, plus a couple minutes day-of 🤔
I generally hate batch processing but the habit seems to be sticking with this one.

It’s a very fragile habit that rests entirely on one stall at the Hollywood farmers market having extremely good lettuce at $2.50/head every Sunday. 2 heads produce about a week’s worth, at half the price and twice the quality of typical grocery store lettuce.

Considering that I am a prepper in other areas you’d think I’d have the capacity to do meal prep. But I don’t. My mind thinks it’s “leftovers”

The trick is to never prep full meals. Only 90% that needs some finishing. Then it looks like smart ingredients instead of leftovers

I should patent this salad. Takes about 10 minutes to make if you have lettuce and tofu prepped (that takes about 30 minutes weekly…).
