The Great Resignation from what I can see is mostly people have have FI'ed or got close enough working at BigTech already. Lots of people still trying to get to that same point ready to fill their shoes.

The effects are going to be confounded a bit by the acceleration of the Silver Tsunami of baby-boomer retirements. That demographic bulge moving from workforce to high services demand is going to smart for a while.

Until conditions change. And if it ending means a return to prior labor behavior and the kind of economy from before? It can't/mustn't end. This economic system will have to change.
