You may be reacting to the twee and linearized presentation of complex ideas without apparent loss of nuance. May help to think of it as a prettified Twitter thread with oversized emojis for numbers. That’s the density. Putting it on Lessig-slides creates false whitespace

I definitely agree with all points as I've learned them over last 20 years of working within orgs.

The individual neither impacts an org nor does an org care about an individual's needs.
Organizations eat individuals.
