My biggest psychology blindspot is the 30% of the world that seems to run mainly on memories or fears of personal or collective humiliation and disrespect. 🤔
I can predict their reactions but can’t manage them. I used to conflate it with tribal/honor culture but it’s distinct.

Maybe the key to managing those running on a hamster wheel of victimhood is to give them a new opportunity to be mistreated. Since they seem to be gravitationally bound to reliving that narrative. Eg, give the workaholic an even heavier yoke to bear, not lighter.
