- Situational awareness: how quickly and how imaginatively do they grasp what is going on?
- Sensibility depth: just how deep is the person’s deepest sensibility?
- Success orientation: will be super-focused on being successful.

“We all give people tests” seems wrong to me. Goal-directed transactional relators do (teachers, investors, salespeople, singles on dating apps) in specific contexts, but generally people form gestalt impressions based on characteristic natural behavior patterns. They don’t test.
