Some sort of Broscience Renaissance going on I think. The online vitamins 4hww scene from 15y ago has morphed into some sort of extreme nutri-pharmacological nerdery scene now, not just money-making.

Seems to work well enough that people get addicted and turn into biochemists. It’s the guy version of skincare stuff women go supernerd on. Kinda fascinating. Didn’t expect disenchantment with mainstream healthcare to take this particular form.

I’m passively up to 7-8 supplements myself now. Passive as in wife (a green belt broscientist) runs the whole show.
Me: “What’s this new pill?”
Her: “It’s zonkazum+ 2000 and it boosts zonkazic acid to fight nargles”
Me: “Ah, that seems alright then” (pop pills, glugglug)
