What if the world is mainly orderly because people believe it is more governed than it is, so it needs less governance than it should?
Like an elephant that was chained up as a baby but as an adult still believes it can’t break out even though it’s now strong enough.

Big government or small, government should own its actual size. The exhausting thing about the US is that half the time it tries to be big and small at the same time.
