I’m genuinely curious since I don’t have a sense of where the persistence of vision (0.1s) of eye rather than aperture becomes the limiting factor and only cameras can tell the marginal difference made by more aperture.

In low light the human eye is about ISO 800 apparently. And 0.1s exposure.

A good friend of mine operates the 60" as a docent at Mt. Wilson. Although, I think he only works Friday nights. Regardless, it is amazing what you can see through the 60. Enjoy!
