Does anyone feel like they've gotten the hang of the exercise at the end the first chapter of 's book _Tempo_?
I have the sense that something about feeling and working with Tempo might be a high leverage growth edge for me, but...I don't have a handle on it at all.

Don’t take it too seriously. There’s not much to get. It’s like tapping your feet to music but for everything. In my more recent work I’ve replaced that sort of active attunement with a focus on mindful logging.

Clockless clock book being serialized in my newsletter. Sequel to Tempo. Mostly paywalled though. Chapter 4 is where I’ve developed the log-level theory.
