Tech documentation (meant to be read by other techies, not users) only looks easier than doing things because it's almost never done right. I suspect, done right, documentation is harder than either thinking or doing. Tech documentation is future-AI-programming storyboards.

lol i actually don't like doing tests first; that has never worked for me, but i often do write a hell of a lot of prose describing what i want a thing to do and how i want it to work. prose is a much more forgiving medium than code
