I now possess a very fine collection of M3 bolts, nuts and washers in a wide assortment of sizes and variations (5-55mm. flanged and unflanged, lock vs. non lock...)
Also some M2s and M6s, but M3 is now the standard Ribbonfarm Lab nut-and-bolt size.

At some point in the next year, if my cunning plans to spend all my money on inventory progress on schedule, I'm gonna need to rent a space. Once my microscope arrives, I'll be out of bench space, and no real room to put another bench.

Anyone in the LA area interested in splitting lab space? Wondering where would be a good area to look... say 1000 square feet, with room for say 3-4 maker workstations, and maybe a couple of shared bigger pieces.

At one point I idly wondered about trying to run a makerspace but that seems both done and dull, and I want to use facilities more than run them. Thinking more like a co-op workshop arrangement.

I run a similar space in Brooklyn, happy to share notes from 3 years of operation. 2k SF, light industrial building, electronics + prototyping + woodwork + meeting space, 5-10 folks with keys at any given month.
